Texting BringItBack should be as simple as returning a container.
These SMS Terms explain what you can expect when you text BringItBack at (929) 660-2469.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
BringItBack uses text messages to help operate the BringItBack Reuse System. You may receive messages about:
• Container returns and verification
• Rewards status and notifications
• Pickup coordination
• Account information
• Customer support
• Important updates about the BringItBack Reuse SystemWe do not send third-party marketing messages or sell access to your phone number for marketing purposes.HOW OPTING IN WORKS
You opt in by voluntarily texting (929) 660-2469.
Different actions create different relationships with the BringItBack system.
Texting a container code — the 6-character code on your BringItBack container — automatically creates a BringItBack account using your phone number, enrolls you in the BringItBack rewards program, and logs your container return. By texting a container code you consent to receive SMS messages related to the operation of the BringItBack Reuse System and acknowledge the BringItBack Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, available at https://privacy.bringitback.nyc and https://terms.bringitback.nycTexting PICKUP coordinates collection of your container. No account is created. Your phone number is used only to arrange the pickup and is not retained as a permanent record afterward.
Texting any other message — such as a question or customer support request — does not create a BringItBack account.WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TEXT A CONTAINER CODE
When you text a container code to (929) 660-2469:
• A BringItBack account is automatically created using your phone number.
• You are automatically enrolled in the BringItBack rewards program.
• Your reward is pending until the container is verified at the BringItBack wash facility.
• Replying STOP permanently deletes your account and rewards history. This cannot be undone.Participation in the rewards program is not required to return BringItBack containers. You may return containers to any participating location or text PICKUP without creating an account.MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on how you interact with BringItBack. We send messages only when needed to operate the BringItBack Reuse System. We do not send unsolicited messages.STOP
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages from BringItBack.
When you reply STOP:
• Your BringItBack account is permanently deleted.
• Your rewards history is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Except for the required STOP confirmation, no further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you choose to text BringItBack again.You can still return containers at any participating location or text PICKUP at any time after opting out. If you text a container code again in the future, a new account will be created with no connection to your previous history.HELP
